a MAGIC! dive
It was a cloudy day today for our dives on the afternoon boat. We had a group of people from all over the world, most of which were from Brazil. We all joined together for some first time diving off the coast of Oahu.
At our first site, we stumbled upon tons of fish, from schools of triggerfish to Moorish idols. It was great to see so many different species around the ledges.
Of course we came across some familiar things all around the site, from the sunken statues to the helmet conchs.
I think the turtles were definatly a favorite of the group today, and we were graced with the presence of so many this afternoon!
We hopped in again at the west side of turtle canyons, ready to see some awesome coral life.
The first thing that we noticed, was the huge school of triggerfish that surrounded the boat upon our arrival.
As we swam around the site, we came across some cool micros like these nudibranch. Sometimes the coolest things are very small!
