Introduction

Welcome to Dive Travel Services terms and conditions page!. By booking a trip with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before finalizing your reservation.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email upon receipt of payment.

2. Payment Policy

  • All payments for travel services are non-refundable. This includes deposits, installment payments, full payments, and any additional fees incurred during the booking process.

3. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is strongly encouraged for all travelers. It provides essential coverage for unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
  • It is the responsibility of the traveler to purchase travel insurance prior to departure. We recommend obtaining coverage that fits your specific needs.
  • The recommended travel insurance company for Dive Travel is linked in the booking process and found here.  
  • Please get insurance.  We can’t get your money back from vendors, and we don’t want to lose friends over something this simple.

4. Changes to Itinerary

  • Changes to your itinerary after booking may incur additional fees. If you would like to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
  • Any changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Due to our non-refundable payment policy, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations regardless of circumstances.
  • In the event you must cancel your trip, we will provide you with documentation that you may submit to your travel insurance provider for any eligible claims.  However, we are just going to refer you to these terms and conditions for that, so print them off and submit them with your claim.

6. Liability

  • Dive Travel Services is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from delays, accidents, or changes to schedules made by operators of the activities, tours, accommodations, or vessels we have organized on your behalf.
  • We reserve the right to alter itineraries, accommodations, and modes of transportation as necessary.

7. Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking with Dive Travel Services you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not eligible to book the trip.

Side note to terms and conditions.  Contact us early if you have an issue.  We are going to work with you for the best resolution possible. A majority of the people traveling with us are not on their first trip, they are our friends, and we are going to help our friends out where we can.  We do appreciate the fact that you bought the insurance, so we don’t feel bad about you losing money on a trip that you booked with us!
