A NEW WRECK TO DIVE !! 3 Nov

Yay for ripping current!  thanks to you we could not tie up at the LCU wreck, so we did one of our favorite dives – drifting the barges!!  so engaging to be swept along with the current, checking out the marine life and varying terrain, while trying to navigate by landscape to Big Barge and then Baby barge!  Arizona Mark was out today, beginning his newest quest – wreck specialist and drift specialist, and it was a perfect day for one of those (not wreck)!  also out were chan, jenn, local robert and his california friend, chris, plus instructor dave and his friends from his prison days (no, he wasn’t a prisoner, he was a guard)! on our drift we saw an octopus, a shark, successfully found Big Barge, but due to air time we had rise and drifted away from the ledge and found a NEW WRECK! (check out the crappy photo above)  and we can’t wait to go and dive it. 2nd jump was Hawaii loa reef, as the waves were too big for the wall or Fantasy.  lots of fish and coral, plus octopus and turtles and an eagle ray.  thanks to all for safe diving.  larry, max, dave, kendal
