Swimming with the Green Sea Turtle in Maunalua Bay

Today was a gorgeous day out on the waters of Maunalua Bay. The sun was shinning as we headed out this afternoon for our 2 tank shallow reef dives. The first dive site we went to this afternoon was Koko Craters. We dropped down to 37 feet at Koko Craters and went for a swim. We found quite a few sleepy turtles hanging out underneath the ledges. A few turtles even decided to get up and swim around with us! We also saw a couple moray eels. After 48 minutes we headed back up to the boat to meander  over to our second dive site.

The second site we went to was Turtle Canyons. Here we dropped down to the reef which sits at 33 feet. While swimming around we came across the cutest baby turtle! He swam around with us for a little before heading on his way. We were also able to spot a couple small nudibranchs! We also saw a few more moray eels at this site. After a 42 minute dive we headed back up to  the boat and back in to dry land. Overall it was a great day on the water with some amazing divers!
