A New Level of Diving 7/9
It was another great morning off the Sea Fox today with a small group of divers. We had Matt and Brit on the boat on their first deep dive as we dropped in on the LCU. There was a bit of a current as we got down the line but we had great visibility. We found a couple frogfish on the wreck and there were large schools of goatfish swimming around. There wasn’t any larger animals but plenty of reef fish everywhere. We also found a large undulated morey on top of the wreck right before coming up the line.
For the second dive we drifted Spitting Caves and had a nice current and great viz on the site. There were goatfish, butterflyfish, and wrasses all over the reef. We had a few turtles around the site as well swimming about. As we moved along the reef we found a few white tip reef hiding out in a couple caves. There was also another frogfish on the reef and a few eels hiding about. We had a wonderful morning today.
