LIKE A PANCAKE ! 6 October
Wow, such nice conditions today! Trade winds are down, seas were pancake flat, and the sun was shining in the blue sky. We headed out to Baby Barge as Elisabeth wanted to see turtles and Mufi and Robert wanted to see a wreck, BB was a perfect choice! There is still more plankton in the water than usual, but the viz wasn’t bad at about 100 feet. Mufi and Robert were just certified in the Puget Sound where the viz was 5 feet on their dives 3/4. So our Hawaii waters blew there minds! Fun to see and hear underwater! 2nd jump was Fantasy reef, and speaking of turtles, wow, it was packed with big green Hawaiian sea turtles. We also saw barracuda, octopus, big eels, and there is a shark hanging out there these days too! Thanks to all for safe diving. larry and kellen
