Kick Off to the Three Day Weekend 10/11

It was a windy day this morning but we had some nice dives off the Sea Fox.  We tied up at Kahala Barge for the first dive and had a medium strength current as we got down the line and wonderful viz.  The wreck is a great site with large swim-thrus all over and fish life all around. Right away on the bottom we saw a spotted eagle ray off the wreck looking for food.  There were reef fish hiding all about the site, but soon it was time to surface and motor to the next site.

For the second dive we decided to do a nice relaxing dive and drifted Anglers Reef.  There were fish all about the reef with schools of goatfish and butterflyfish swimming around us.  We found eels hiding all over the reef as well including a large yellow margin morey and small stout moreys.  There were also horned helmet snails found throughout the dive and an octopus hiding in a small hole.  It was a wonderful morning and good way to start out the weekend.
