PADI Scuba Diving Courses on a Beautiful Day in Hawaii

What an amazing day for training we had today on the Sea Fox at Koko Crater’s and Turtle Canyon.  The skies were mostly sunny and we had light tradewinds today.  There was a little surface current but everyone worked had on their respective classes.  Our DMC’s Steven, Tyler, Stephen and Luke worked on PADI Rescue skills at the surface.  Kevin was working on his PADI PPB specialty and did amazing with his Hovering skills.  AOW Students Sarah and Steve A. worked on Navigation and Steve S. was one of the best DSD’s ever.  We got to encounter many of the Hawaiian Green sea turtles and loads of eels.  Even a huge Puffer joined us for part of our dive.  Everyone did an excellent job.

Completing our skills at Turtle Canyon everyone had a nice time diving.  Again the water had a little current at the top but everyone worked through it and we had amazing dives.  Small octopus came out to play with everyone, devil fish, cutest little nudi I have seen in a long time.  All regular sites on T3 and we really got to see everything.

Congratulations Kevin on your PADI PPB Cert!  Can’t wait to teach you the new Hawaiian HONO Specialty only offered at Island divers.  Great job everyone else on completing skills towards your respective classes.
